Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping (Canada): Calculated at checkout
- Free Shipping on all Canadian orders over $250
- U.S. & International Shipping: Calculated at checkout
- Duties paid at checkout for smooth border service
Delivery Times
- Canada: 2–7 business days depending on location
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International 7-14 business days

Local Pickup (North Bay)
Local pickup is available at our boutique located at 157 Main St West, North Bay, Ontario. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Maison Khloe is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening a claim.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
