Q: Where is Maison Khloe located, and what are your store hours?
We are located at 157 Main St West, North Bay, ON P1B 2T6 (across from The Opera Cafe). Our hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 10-4. We offer private shopping by appointment, call or text 705.493.7426 to book. Of course, private parties are a great way to spend some time with girlfriends, call for details. Free 2-hour parking is available nearby, and we also offer local delivery for your convenience!

Q1: How do I return an item to Maison Khloe?
To request a return, contact us at hello@maisonkhloe.ca within 30 days of receiving your order (in season) Items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please note, sale and style steal are final sale.

Q2: Are there any items that cannot be returned or refunded?
Yes, final sale items, personal items such as undergarments and water bottles and cups, gift cards, perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids are non-returnable. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
